BOOKING & PAYMENT

You will be invoiced after all media has been delivered. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. After 15 days of non-payment, a late fee of $25/month will be assessed.

unless other payment arrangements have been approved in writing.

 

The booking client is responsible for confirming:

• Property access

• Photography permission

• Correct property address

• Requested services

• Property readiness

• Any specific features that must be photographed

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

 

Cancellations, lockouts, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $50 fee. If the photographer has arrived or is already traveling to the property, up to the full session fee may be charged.

Weather-related drone or exterior photography will be rescheduled when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

 

PROPERTY READINESS

The property should be cleaned, decluttered, staged, and photography-ready before the scheduled appointment.

 

Land + Lens is not responsible for cleaning, moving furniture, making beds, hiding personal belongings, or completing extensive staging.

 

When a property is not ready, the photographer will either:

• Photograph the property as presented, or

• Reschedule the session and charge the applicable rescheduling fee

Minor adjustments may be made at the photographer’s discretion.

 

IMAGE USAGE

The client receives a limited license to use the delivered media to advertise and market the photographed property during the active listing.

 

Land + Lens retains the copyright to all photographs and video unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

 

Images may not be sold, transferred, substantially altered, or provided to another agent, owner, builder, designer, business, publication, or third party without written permission. Commercial and extended-use licensing is available separately.
