Where do you offer your services?
- We proudly serve North Central Arkansas and Southern Missouri, with a core 40-mile service radius centered around Bull Shoals, AR.

How do I book a shoot with you?
- Booking is simple! You can request a session directly through our Spiro Booking Portal. You can also reach out to us by phone at 870-405-1987 or via email at rikki@landlens.studio.

Do you offer individual services for properties?
- Yes, we do! Check our “Request a Booking” page and you can choose from “Individual Services” or “Residential Packages”.

Do you charge extra for larger properties?
- Yes, we apply sequential square-footage upcharges to cover the additional shoot and edit time required for larger homes:
  - 2,501–3,500 sq ft: +**$40**
  - 3,501–5,000 sq ft: +**$80**

Do you offer photography for vacant land?
- Absolutely! We specialize in capturing vacant land listings with clear, tiered pricing based on acreage thresholds:
  - Up to 20 acres: $175
  - 21 to 50 acres: $225
Boundary graphics may be added when the client supplies reliable parcel information. Boundary lines are approximate and are not a legal survey.

How fast will I receive my photos and videos?
- Real estate moves quickly, so we guarantee some of the fastest turnaround times in the region. We deliver photos within 24 hours (specifically by 4:00 PM the next day). For projects containing video, we deliver within 48 hours.

What platform do you use for file delivery?
- All listing media is delivered through Spiro, our streamlined delivery system that makes downloading and managing your marketing assets completely seamless. We also can deliver files through Dropbox or Google Drive. Once the order has been paid through Spiro.

Do you charge travel fees for properties outside your core service area?
- For properties located outside our standard 40-mile radius centered around Bull Shoals, we charge modest travel fees based on the exact distance:
  - 40 to 50 miles: $50
  - 51 to 70 miles: $70

What are your billing and payment terms?
- Invoices are processed through our delivery system (Spiro.media).
  You will be invoiced after all media has been delivered. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. After 15 days of non-payment, a late fee of $25/month will be assessed.

- Additionally, to protect our work, an asset freeze is automatically instituted after 45 days past due.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?
- Appointments may be rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.Cancellations, lockouts, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $50 fee.
- If the photographer has arrived or is already traveling to the property, up to the full session fee may be charged.
- Weather-related drone or exterior photography will be rescheduled when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

How can I use my photos and what do you do with them??
- You receive a limited license to use the delivered media to advertise and market the photographed property during the active listing.
- Land + Lens retains the copyright to all photographs and video and can be used for Land & Lens LLC, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- Images may not be sold, transferred, substantially altered, or provided to another agent, owner, builder, designer, business, publication, or third party without written permission. Commercial and extended-use licensing is available separately.
